On 2nd May, we organised Göteborg’s very first Dorkbot event!

Dorkbot are an international network of gatherings where people “doing strange things with electricity” can present their work.

For this first Dorkbot-GBG event, we had invited Japanese artist Kanta Horio to talk about his work. As he is one of the organisers of Dorkbot-Tokyo, he also had many fascinating projects from Japan to show us. The local swedish radio station SR P4 Göteborg was present, and interviewed Kanta, Lalya and Alex live and direct.

We will organise more Dorkbot event on a regular basis and whenever interesting visitors are in town. Stay tuned!
