Dånk! in Mexico

Oscar Ramos from Dånk! is in Mexico doing a 3 months (sept-nov) artistic residence at El Museo de la Ciudad de Querétaro with the Gothenburg-based visual artist Stina Östberg.

The museum is a beautiful old monastery that opened his doors to modern art around twelve years ago, and it is one of the main centres for art and culture in the city Querétaro.

During the residency, both artists will collaborate in projects related to public art, and the results will be shown at El Museo de la Ciudad de Querétaro between the 28th of November 2008, to the 3th of January 2009.

Beside them, the are other Swedish artists working in the same museum! So if you are in Mexico these days, don’t miss the vernissage of Ulf Rollof, Alfred Boman and Jim Thorell the 3th of October, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
